Great quality and well-equipped rooms, thanks very much for very pleasant stay!!!
Would stay there again if in the area. The breakfast is great with lots of things to eat and drink. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a fabulous bathroom as well as a comfortable bed and care about everyone.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the beginning, the staff was very welcoming and professional. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with many good restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The room was very modern, immaculate, and quite large, with a comfortable bed, great shower. Additionally, the breakfast was small but delicious, and the hotel staff were very accommodating to my needs.
All was perfect.

The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide range of dishes on offer. Plus, they threw in complementary fruit baskets and pastries, which was a nice touch. the hotel was located near major shopping malls and was a short taxi ride from the top tourist attractions.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a hotel in Hanoi. The staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful, going above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. They even delivered a plate of fruit to my room when I missed breakfast one day. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I especially loved the beautiful view from the restaurant on the 10th floor. The spa facilities were also a highlight, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

The hotel's location is convenient – close to shopping centers and with good car service. The room facilities are of high quality – Panasonic air purifier and TOTO sanitary fittings. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provided helpful advice on shopping, eating and even business traveling. they solve problems quite efficiently.
Although the hotel offered apologies in advance for some building work going on around the hotel, this was quite disturbing at times. It may affect anyone staying in their room most of the time.
